HON'BLE MR. A. MUKHOPADHAYA, MEMBER (A) At the outset, Shri Shatrohan Lal, learned counsel for the respondents, submitted that the respondents have filed their compliance affidavit in this matter on 27.08.2021 and prayed that same may be taken on record and the instant execution application be dismissed.

At this, Shri Dharmendra Awasthi, learned counsel for the applicant, very fairly submits that compliance of the order of this Tribunal in O.A No. 240/2017, decided on 08.03.2019 has been effected in full. Accordingly, nothing remains in this matter and the execution application has become infructuous.

In view of above, Execution application No. 1598 of 2019 stands dismissed, having become infructuous.
