Judgment
This appeal has been filed against an order dated 13.05.2024, the order is to the following extent:
“IA-341/2024
Mr. Dhananjai Jain, Ld. Counsel appears through VC. His audio-video is not clear. He is directed to rectify his audio-video quality.
In the interest of justice, list the matter again on 09.07.2024.”
Counsel for the Appellant submits that Appellant has filed IAs before the Adjudicating Authority praying for certain interim protection also, which are pending consideration and no Reply has been filed.
Counsel for the Respondent submits that Notices have not been issued in the IAs.
Be that as it may, Adjudicating Authority has fixed the matter on 09.07.2024, we see no reason to entertain the Appeal at this stage.
It shall be open for the Appellant to press his application before the Adjudicating Authority in accordance with law.
Learned Counsel for the Appellant insisted that he should be granted an interim relief, when we are not entertaining the appeal we are not inclined to pass any interim order in the appeal.
Appeal is dismissed.
