Judgment
Heard learned counsel for the Appellant. This Appeal has been filed against order dated 26.09.2023, which reads as follows:
“ORDER
Mr. sachit Bhogale, Mr. Avesh Ganja and Mr. Shubham Hundia i/b Mr. Sriraj Menon, Ld. Counsel for the Respondent present.
Counsel for the Respondent is directed to file reply within two weeks' in IA after duly serving the copy to the other side, at least two days in advance.
Post this matter on 08.11.2023 for further consideration.”
We are of the view that since the Tribunal has only adjourned the matter to 08.11.2023 by the impugned order, there is no reason to entertain the appeal.
Learned counsel for the Appellant submits that the proceedings are not being proceeding any further and they are being adjourned.
It is for the Appellant to press her IAs in the proceeding and it is for the Tribunal to consider the same and take appropriate decision. We only observe that at this stage when the matter has only been adjourned, we cannot entertain the appeal. With these observations, we dismiss the appeal.
