Grievance raised by petitioner in this writ petition by way of public interest litigation is that vide G.O.Ms.No.20, Agriculture and Cooperation (MKTG-I) Department dated 17.04.2026, land has been incorrectly given on lease basis for a Flower Market.
Learned counsel for respondents point out that another writ petition by way of public interest litigation challenging G.O.Ms.No.20, dated 17.04.2026 vide W.P(PIL).No.151 of 2026 is pending adjudication for 30.09.2026.
Keeping in view the above, this Writ Petition is disposed of with liberty to petitioner to file an appropriate application in pending W.P(PIL).No.151 of 2026. No order as to costs.
Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
