Ms. T.A. Sangma, learned counsel on behalf of the petitioner prays that the matter may be closed, as the account of the writ petitioner lying before the SBI, Ranikor Branch, has since been de-frozen.

Mrs. N.G. Shylla, learned counsel on behalf of the respondent No. 2 submits that there is no question of the Branch Manager, not accepting the notice as alleged, inasmuch as, before the last date, the account of the writ petitioner has since been de-frozen.

Matter accordingly stands closed and disposed of.
