Heard Ms. O.A.I.Bang, learned counsel for the petitioner.
Issue notice.
Mr. K.Khan, learned AAG assisted by Mr. A.H.Kharwanlang, learned Addl. Sr. GA is present and accepts notice on behalf of the respondents No. 1, 2 & 3, as such, no further notice is called for on these respondents.
Notice to issue to the respondent No. 4.
Ms. O.A.I.Bang, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that she may be allowed to add further parties. Prayer is allowed.
The grievance of the writ petitioner is with the unauthorised debit from his account which happened inspite of complaints before the concerned Branch of the HDFC Bank. It is submitted that it appears the account was hacked and inspite of the steps taken by the writ petitioner, his account was debited of ₹8,10,000/-. She further submits that though an FIR has been filed, she is not aware whether the case was registered or not.
Mr. K.Khan, learned AAG for the respondents No. 1-3, to furnish the details on the investigation before the next date.
