Narendra Nath Tiwari, J.—These three writ petitions raise similar point and as such, learned Counsel for the parties submitted that all the cases may be taken up together for hearing.

Considering the above, all these writ petitions have been heard together.

In course of hearing of these writ petitions, learned Counsel for the Petitioners submitted that the Petitioners have filed appeal against the impugned order before the Deputy Commissioner, Deoghar.

Learned Counsel for the Respondents submitted that since the Petitioners have got statutory forum of appeal and since they have filed appeal under the said provision, these writ petitions are not maintainable.

Having heard learned Counsel for the parties, I find that there is a provision for appeal before the Deputy Commissioner and the Petitioners have already preferred appeal.

In view of the above, these writ petitions are disposed of, directing the Deputy Commissioner, Deoghar to consider the Petitioners'' appeal and dispose of the same expeditiously on merit.
