B.S. Verma, J.—Heard Mr. Lalit Tewari, Advocate for the petitioner and Mr. N.P. Sah, learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents.

By way of this petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has sought the writ in the nature of mandamus, directing the respondents not to restrain the petitioner from discharging her duties as �Bhojan Mata� in Govt. Junior High School Kalota, Block Dhauladevi District Almora and further direct the respondent No. 2 to pay the pending honorarium to the petitioner forthwith.

During the course of arguments, the learned Counsel for the petitioner has urged that the petitioner be given liberty to file a representation before respondent No. 2 for redressal of her grievance and the respondent No. 2 be directed to decide the same by a speaking and reasoned order and the writ petition may be disposed of today. Prayer is innocuous.

In view of above, liberty is given to the petitioner to file representation before respondent No. 2 for redressal of her grievance. If the representation is filed by the petitioner, the same shall be decided by the respondent No. 2, by a speaking and reasoned order thereon, within a period of three weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of finally.
