Heard Mr. Manoj Mohan, Advocate for the petitioner and Mr. N.P. Sah, learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents.

By way of this petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has sought the writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to give back wages with all the promotional benefits from the date of promotion i.e. 28.2.2007 and to pay regular monthly salary with entire arrears according to law and rules to the petitioner.

During the course of arguments, the learned Counsel for the petitioner has urged that the petitioner be given liberty to file a representation before respondent No. 2 for redressal of her grievance and the respondent No. 2 be directed to decide the same by a speaking and reasoned order and the writ petition may be disposed of today. Prayer is innocuous.

In view of above, liberty is given to the petitioner to file representation before respondent No. 2 for redressal of her grievance. If the representation is filed by the petitioner, the same shall be decided by the respondent No. 2, by a speaking and reasoned order thereon, within a period of three weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of finally.
