Judgment
Mr. Justice L. Narasimha Reddy:
The applicants filed OA No. 4459/2018 and 99/2020, seeking the relief pertaining to LARSGESS Scheme in the Railways. After hearing both the parties, the OAs were disposed of on 09.09.2020, directing that the respondents shall release the retirement benefits to the applicant in OA No. 4459/2018 and pass an order in pursuance of the explanation to the show cause notice issued by the respondents. This Contempt Case is filed alleging that the respondents did not implement the order in the OA dated 09.09.2020.
On behalf of the respondents, a detailed counter affidavit is filed. It is categorically stated that the retirement benefits of the applicant were already released and a speaking order was passed on 01.02.2021, rejecting the representation.
Accordingly, the CP is closed. In case the applicant has any further grievance, she may work out the remedies, in accordance with law.
