Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that pursuant to the directions of this Tribunal, the respondents have passed an order. However, he submits that the said order is illegal and the present CP may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to challenge the same in accordance with law, if so advised.

In view of the aforesaid, the present CP is closed. Notices are discharged. However, the petitioners shall be at liberty in accordance with law.
