The present MA has been filed by the applicant seeking permission to withdraw the aforesaid OA.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that during the pendency of the OA, the applicant has got regular promotion and accordingly, he wants to withdraw the present OA. The present MA is allowed to the extent that the applicant is allowed to withdraw the OA. Accordingly, the OA stands dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
