Judgment
The applicant was present. Learned counsel for the respondents brought out that grievance of the applicant in this case pertains to non grant of appointment in the Railway under LARGESS Scheme. Learned counsel for the respondents further brought out that similar issue has come up in large number of OAs i.e., OA nos.1647/2015 with OA no.1855, 2369, 2342, 1000, 2188 of 2017 and OA No.444/2016 in the CAT, wherein for the reasons given in those judgments, the following view has been taken by the CAT:-
“9.In the circumstances and in view of the decision of the Hon’ble Apex Court in Telangana Boggue Gani Karmila Sangham (Supra) and for the aforesaid reasons, the instant OAs are dismissed being devoid of any merit. No costs.”
In view of the forgoing reasons, the present OA is also dismissed being devoid of merits.
