Judgment
Kurian Joseph, C.J.—The writ petition is filed with the following prayer:6
(i) That the Respondents may be directed to finalize the proposal initiated vide letter dated 17.4.2009, Annexure P-2 for amending the R & P Rules to the post of Joint Director in the department of Planning without any further delay.
The stand taken by the State and the Commission in their respective replies is that the matter is under serious consideration and steps are being taken for amending the rules. It is seen that this process has been going on for the last one year. The Petitioner submits that he would file appropriate representation furnishing all factual details before the competent authority within a period of ten days from today. It is always open for him to do so. Therefore, this writ petition is disposed of directing the first Respondent to finalize the proceedings within a period of three months from the date of production of copy of this judgment by the Petitioner before the first Respondent.
The Writ Petition stands disposed of, so also the pending application(s), if any.
