Judgment
Kurian Joseph, C.J.—The writ petition is filed with the following prayers:
i) That the Respondents may kindly be directed to consider the Petitioner for promotion to the post of Principal in Rajiv Gandhi Govt. Post Graduate College Paprola, District Kangra with effect from the due date with all consequential benefits in accordance with Recruitment & Promotion Rules dated 24.05.1980.
ii) That the Respondents may further be directed to hold meeting of Departmental Promotion Committee in accordance with Recruitment & Promotion Rules, 24.05.1980 without any further delay.
It is seen that the Petitioner''s representation Annexure P-14 is pending before the first Respondent. There will be direction to the first Respondent to consider the same and pass appropriate order thereon in accordance with law within a period of one month from the date of production of copy of this judgment along with copy of the writ petition.
With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of, so also the pending application(s), if any.
