Learned counsel for the parties submit that the dispute between the parties have been resolved by mediation.

We find support of such contention in the final report of mediation dated September 20, 2025.

Accordingly, FA No. 32 of 2024 is disposed of in terms of the award passed in mediation.

There will be no order as to costs.

Urgent certified copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance with the requisite formalities.
