None appears for the appellant on call.
On 07.01.2021, this Court passed the following order:
"None appears for the appellant on call.
Ms.S.Anvesha, learned counsel representing Mr.Karri Murali Krishna, learned counsel, appears for respondent No.1.
Mr.Maheshwar Reddy, learned Government Pleader for Home, appears for respondent Nos.2 to 4.
In order to grant an opportunity to the appellant, list again on 20.01.2021."
Thereafter, on 21.01.2021, following order was passed:
"On 7.1.2021, none appeared for the Appellant on call.
Today also there is no representation on behalf of the Appellant.
List under the caption "For Dismissal" on 22.01.2021."
Today also, there is no appearance on behalf of the appellant.
Mr.Karri Murali Krishna, learned counsel appearing for respondent No.1 and learned Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondents 2 to 4, submit that the Writ Appeal has been rendered infructuous as the same is preferred against an interim order and the Writ Petition was finally disposed of.
Be that as it may. Since on three consecutive occasions, learned counsel for the appellant has not appeared, Writ Appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution.
As a sequel, all pending miscellaneous applications are closed.
