Judgment
Mr. Sumit Rawat appeared on behalf of Respondent No.1 in B.P.No.662 of 2020 and sought discharge. The prayer is allowed. Ms. Vidya Prabhakaran Khurana submitted on behalf of Respondent No.2 in B.P.Nos.682 and 683 of 2020 that they no more appear for Respondent No.2 in these matters and sought discharge. The prayer is allowed.
Both the Respondents are absent in B.P.Nos.661, 664, 678 and 685 of 2020. In compliance of the directions contained in the Order dated 12/08/2021 of the Hon'ble Bench, the matter proceeds ex-parte against these absent Respondents who have failed to take steps till today. Respondent No.2 in B.P.No.662 of 2020 and Respondent No.1 in B.P.Nos.666, 682 and 683 of 2020 have also failed to take any steps till date hence these matters are also fixed ex-parte against Respondent No.1.
In further compliance of the above Order of the Hon'ble Bench since no reply has been filed on behalf of Respondent No.1 in B.P.No.662 of 2020 and Respondent No.2 in B.P.Nos.682 and 683 of 2020, their right to file reply is foreclosed.
The Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner seeks four weeks time for filing a Rejoinder to the reply filed by the Respondents in B.P.Nos.593, 666, 668, 670 and 691 of 2020. The time is allowed as prayed for. List the matter on 24th November, 2021 for directions.
