Judgment
It was submitted on behalf of the petitioner that certain topographical error has crept in the last line of paragraph 1 of the order dated 18.4.2022. It was submitted that further time be granted for filing AOS in B.P. No. 371 of 2021 in place of B.P. No. 370 of 2021 as they have already filed AOS in B.P No. 370 of 2021. Let it be read B.P. No. 371 of 2021 in place of B.P. No. 370 of 2021 in last line of paragraph 1 of the aforesaid order. It was further submitted that reply has been filed by respondent no. 1 in B.P. No. 374 of 2021 on 8.3.2022. The petitioner prays for and is granted four weeks’ time for filing their rejoinder in B.P. No. 374 of 2021. It was further clarified that no reply has been filed behalf the respondent in B.P. Nos. 370 and 371 of 2021. Let that part of the order relating to reply be deleted from the order dated 18.4.2022. Remaining part of the order dated 18.4.2022 needs no interference and thus let the matter be listed on the date fixed.
