Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for respondents who have appeared from before. In three maters affidavit of service

was required to be field by the earlier order. As prayed, three weeks’ further time is granted for the same.

Same time is granted or filing rejoinder to the reply of respondent no. 2 in B.P. No. 466 of 2021.

Respondent No. 2 has filed M.As. bearing Nos. 319 and 320 of 2021 in B.P. Nos. 464 and 465 of 2021 respectively. No reply has been filed but

learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that several orders have already been passed and following those precedence the M.As. may be

considered. Since the legal issues, submissions and facts were virtually the same, following the order dated 9.11.2021 passed in M.A. 76 of 2021

arising out of B.P. No. 107 of 2021, the prayer for deletion of respondent no. 2 is allowed. The M.As. are allowed and accordingly disposed of.Â

Amended memo of parties should be filed by the petitioner within three weeks.

Learned counsel for respondent no. 2 in B.P. No. 466 of 2021 submits that facts of this case are also similar and hence respondent no. 2 may be

deleted. Already time has been granted to the petitioner for filing rejoinder. Petitioner may file reply to the aforesaid prayer also through the

rejoinder. The prayer shall be considered on the next date.Â
