Judgment
Sh. Saurabh Sharma, learned counsel for the applicant is present. Sh. Prashant Sharma, IRP is also present and Sh. Prabhansh Sharma, learned counsel for the respondent is also present. This Company Petition was admitted on 05.08.2019 and IRP was appointed. Sh. Prashant Sharma submits that his fees has been paid in full and no dues are pending. Today, the counsel for the Applicant/Operational Creditor has filed IA No. 257/JPR/2019 seeking withdrawal of the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process as the claim amount has been paid by the respondent to the Petitioner/ Operational Creditor in full and final settlement of all the claims made by the Petitioner. Hence, this IA is allowed and the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process is hereby withdrawn.
