Judgment
This revision petition has been filed under section 21(b) of the Act 1986 in challenge to the Order dated 13.01.2012 of the State Commission in appeal no. 571 of 2007 arising out of the Order dated 10.01.2007 of the District Commission in complaint no. 360 of 2005.
Learned counsel for the petitioner society draws attention to the Order dated 10.01.2007 of the District Commission and the impugned Order dated 13.01.2012 of the State Commission and submits that concurrent findings have been returned by the two fora below. He further submits on instructions that having regard to the peculiar facts and circumstances of this case the impugned Order has been complied with by the petitioner society. The submission is that nothing survives to be adjudicated. The further submission is that the decision in this case may not be treated as a precedent.
In the wake of the above submissions, the present revision petition appears to have been rendered infructuous and stands dismissed as such. The decision in this case shall not be treated as a precedent.
The Registry is requested to send a copy each of this Order to the parties in the petition and to their learned counsel within three days. The stenographer is also requested to upload this Order on the website of this Commission immediately.
