Judgment
1 . This revision petition has been filed under section 21(b) of the Act 1986 in challenge to the Order dated 12.01.2012 of the State Commission in appeal no. 211 of 2008 arising out of the Order dated 28.02.2008 of the District Commission in complaint no. 227 of 2007.
2 . Learned counsel for the petitioner (through legal heirs) submits on instructions that the matter has been settled. Learned counsel for the respondents confirms on instructions.
No comments of this Commission on the contents and ingredients of the settlement said to have been arrived at.
Learned counsel for the petitioner (through legal heirs) further submits on instructions that the petitioner (through legal heirs) wishes to withdraw the petition.
In the wake of the above submissions, the instant revision petition no. 1338 of 2012 appears to have been rendered infructuous and stands dismissed as such.
