It is evident from the report placed before us by the Secretary, District Legal Services Authority (DLSA), Kottayam that the matter has been settled between the parties and that the parties are agreed that the writ petitioner can take her mother along with her to her residence at Edappally. It is stated that she will take care of her mother without raising any further disputes or demands. It is stated that on interaction with the mother, she had also expressed her wish to accompany the petitioner. It is submitted that the petitioner will arrange a medical ambulance for the transportation of her mother to her residence. This is not objected to by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents as well.

In the above view of the matter, the agreement entered into between the parties before the DLSA is recorded. The petitioner is permitted to take her mother along with her to her residence at Edappally by means of a medical ambulance to be arranged by the petitioner, at the earliest.
