Shri T.N.Ranjit, Sub-Inspector with Smt. N.Lakshmi, WHC No.7226 of Hennur Police Station, Bengaluru, produce the detenue - Thamilarasi along with the report. As per the said Report, detenue was traced in Arulapuram Village, Pallada Taluk, Tirupur District, Tamil Nadu.

The detenue along with respondent No.4 appeared before Tamil Nadu Police. The detenue states that the petitioner and his family members were subjecting her to physical and mental cruelty, whenever she went to her parents, they only tried to patch-up, frustrated by that, she went to her friends' house in Tamil Nadu. She states that she does not want to join the petitioner and she wants to go with her parents. Her father Dhanashekaran and mother D.Unnamali are also present in Court. They are willing to take their daughter back. Since the matter involves matrimonial dispute and the detenue is major, Court cannot force her to join the petitioner.

In view of aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this petition does not survive for further consideration. Hence, petition is disposed of accordingly.
