Judgment
Justice Kurian Joseph, C.J.—The writ petition is filed with the following prayers: (i) Respondents may kindly be directed to cancel all the sanctioned tenders and invite afresh as per orders given in the judgment i.e. CWP No. 778/08.
(ii) To reserve some of items solely for khadi institutions as per H.P. Financial Rules & Purchase Policy of Govt. of India.
(iii) To exempt the petitioner institution for furnishing the earnest money for participating in tenders as per provisions of KVIC.
In view of the intervening development, it will be proper if the petitioner approaches the first respondent by way of appropriate representation within a period one month in which case the first respondent will get an opportunity to look into the matter and take appropriate action within a period of another four months from the date of production of a copy of this judgment by the petitioner. In case the petitioner requests for an opportunity of hearing, the same shall also be granted. Therefore, the writ petition is disposed of, so also the pending applications, if any.
