B.S. Verma, J.—Heard learned Counsel for the parties and perused the record.

By means of this correction/time extension application (No. 9481 of 2010), the applicant-Union of India has made a prayer that this Court while disposing of time extension application moved by the present applicant passed a common order dated 3-8-2010 in W.P.M.S. No. 500 of 2008 along with WPMS No. 501 of 2008, WPMS No. 499 of 2008, WPMS No. 502 of 2008 and WPMS No. 503 of 2008 has passed an order to the effect that "the registry is directed to accept the draft of Rs. 50,000/- at the rate of Rs. 10,000/- in each case by applicant and shall deposit in the High Court Legal Aid fund within a period of one week." But there is no account available in that name. The cost is to be deposited in the account of Uttarakhand High Court Legal Services Committee, Nainital.

Learned Counsel for the applicant has submitted that the draft No. 430769 worth Rs. 50,000/- is ready with her for being deposited in the registry.

The applicant has therefore prayed that the order dated 3-8-2010 be corrected and the applicant may be granted further one week''s time to comply the Court''s order dated 3-8-2010.

Since the account is available in the name of Uttarakhand High Court Legal Services Committee, Nainital, the application deserves to be allowed.

The correction/time extension application is allowed. The applicant-Union of India is directed to comply the Court''s order dated 3-8-2010 within a period of one week. The amount of draft of Rs. 50,000/- shall be deposited by the registry in the account of Uttarakhand High Court Legal Services Committee, Nainital. The earlier order dated 3-8-2010 be corrected accordingly.

A certified copy of this order be issued to the learned Counsel for the Respondent Nos. 1 and 2-Union of India by 15th November 2010 on payment of usual charges.
