Judgment
ORDER
The parties are represented through learned counsels.
Learned Lawyer appearing on behalf of the Operational Creditor filed withdrawal of the application for the instant IA being numbered as 780/2019 under Section 12A of the IB Code.
The prayer is allowed.
The IRP is present in person and filed his affidavit and fairly submitted that he has not released public announcement as the matter is settled between the Operational Creditor as well as Corporate Debtor. He has also submitted that his dues and remuneration has also been cleared by Operational Creditor. In view of the above, the instant application is allowed and CP(IB) 498/2018 is dismissed as withdrawn.
The IRP is released from his duties.
Accordingly, the instant IA 780/2019 is also disposed-off with the above observation.
