This is an Application praying for correction in Order passed by this
It is submitted by the Appellant that this Court directed for deposit of amount of Rs. 157 Lakhs before the Registrar NCLAT. IRP shall not take any further steps. However, in the earlier part of last paragraph it was mentioned that IRP may proceed to collate the claim but no CoC shall be constituted.
We find sufficient ground to correct the Order dated 16.01.2025. Last Paragraph of the Order shall read as follows:
“Subject to Appellant depositing the amount of Rs. 157 Lakhs before the Registrar NCLAT in interest bearing account in fixed deposit within two weeks from today, IRP shall not take any further steps.”
Order corrected accordingly. Corrected Order may also be uploaded.
Application disposed of.
Learned Counsel for the Appellant submits that he has already deposited the amount and he may also be permitted to file the proof of the deposit within a week.
