Judgment
ORDER
This application has been filed under Rule 154 of the NCLT Rules seeking rectification of order dated 01.05.2024 passed by this Authority in which Mr. Sanjay Kumar Aggarwal was appointed as IRP, however, it is pointed out by learned counsel for the applicant that vide order dated 02.04.2024 passed in IA No. 759/2024, Mr. Sanjay Kumar Aggarwal was replaced by Mr. Rajiv Khurana, new proposed IRP and the said application was allowed on when the order in the main petition was reserved on 02.04.2024. However, due to oversight, the name of Mr. Sanjay Kumar Aggarwal, the erstwhile proposed IRP has been mentioned in the order dated 01.05.2024. It is stated by learned counsel for the applicant that already Mr. Sanjay Kumar Aggarwal has published the public announcement in the Newspapers and he may carry on further steps in the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process. It is seen that both the above mentioned orders were passed by the Bench constituting of Sh. Harnam Singh Thakur, Member (Judicial) and Sh. L. N. Gupta, Member (Technical) and today this is a special Bench, therefore, the matter may be listed on Monday i.e. on 06.05.2024 in the supplementary list before regular Bench.
In the meantime, Mr. Sanjay Kumar Aggarwal, IRP is directed not to take any further steps in the CIRP process. Let a copy of this order be given dasti to the learned counsel for the applicant.
