ORDER
Heard the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Financial Creditor. Learned counsel for the Financial Creditor has prayed for grant of leave to withdraw the present matter. As, the same is not meet the requirements specified under Manish Kumar’s Judgment, the leave prayed for is granted. The counsel is permitted to withdraw the Section 7 application. Therefore, the Section 7 application bearing CP No. (IB)- 284/7/JPR/2019 stands disposed of as withdrawn. Consequently, IA No. 390/JPR/2022 stands disposed of.
