Heard the submissions made by the Ld. Counsel for the Financial Creditor. Ld. Counsel for the Financial Creditor has submitted that the Corporate Debtor is already subjected to CIRP vide order dated 13.05.2019 by the Principal Bench in CP No. 1747 of 2018 in the matter between Vijay Kumar Suri and others Vs. M/s. Earth Buildprop Pvt. Ltd.
Ld. Counsel for the Financial Creditor has confirmed that they have already filed their claim with the IRP. In view of the above the present Section 7 application has now become infructuous and stands dismissed. The connected folders and case papers may be sent to the record room.
