IA No. 509/JPR/2022:

This application has been filed under Section 12A of the IBC, 2016 R/w Regulation 30A of the IBBI (Insolvency Resolution Process for Corporate Persons) Rules, 2016 by the IRP through Mr. Karan Pratap Singh, Adv. for seeking withdrawal of the main Petition. In this matter the Hon’ble NCLAT passed an Order on 07.09.2022 in which Applicant was directed not to constitute the CoC. CoC is not yet constituted in this matter. Application is allowed. CP No. (IB)- 285/9/JPR/2019 is dismissed as withdrawn.
