This application has been filed by the IRP seeking withdrawal of the main matter i.e. CP (IB)-301(ND)/2020.
It is submitted by Ld. Counsel appearing for the IRP that the CoC in its meeting dated 18.05.2023 has passed a resolution with 100% voting for approving the proposal for withdrawal of the petition CP (IB)-301(ND)/2020 under Section 12A read with Regulation 30A of the IBBI (Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process for Corporate Persons) Regulations, 2016.
In view of the submissions made by Ld. Counsel, we permit the Applicant to withdraw the present petition i.e. CP (IB)-301(ND)/2020.
