This application has been filed for striking off the name of the applicant in person, who has been arrayed as respondent No. 5 in the main writ petition, and the same be continued only by his designation.

Perused the application, and also as the learned counsel for the petitioner/respondent No. 1 has no objection, the same is allowed.

Accordingly, the name of the applicant who is arrayed as respondent No. 5 in the main writ petition, shall be struck off and shall continue only by designation.
