This Contempt Case is filed alleging that the respondents did not comply with the order dated 18.09.2018 passed by this Tribunal in OA No. 4442/2017. Directions were issued for payment of certain amount with interest. The respondents filed counter affidavit stating that the sum of Rs. 7,08,329/-was paid to the applicant. The applicant does not dispute this fact.

We, therefore, close the contempt case.
