Judgment
Mrs. T. Yangi B, learned AAG assisted by Ms. R. Colney, learned GA for the respondents, has submitted that from the records it appears that the writ petitioner was appointed in the office of the Inspector of Schools and not in a District Council School, as perceived earlier, and as such the instant case stands on a different footing.
On this submission, Mr. P. T. Sangma, learned counsel for the petitioner, prays that he may be allowed to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to file afresh, on the revelation of new facts.
Prayer is allowed.
Matter accordingly, stands closed and disposed of on withdrawal, however, with liberty as prayed.
This matter also stands segregated from other writ petitions which were listed together.
