These appeals are filed by the different assessee’s against the different orders of the Ld.Commissioner of Income Tax (Appeals)/NFAC dated 15.05.2025 and 23.06.2025 for the A.Y. 2023-24.

At the outset the Ld. Counsel for the assesse submitted that the assesses do not want to pursue its appeal.

Accordingly, we allow the request of the Ld. Counsel and the appeals of the assesees are dismissed as not pressed.
