Judgment
It is submitted that learned counsel Sri B.N. Rajak that Sri Tarun Kumar, who was appointed as advocate for the appellant by the High Court Legal
Services Committee, has become A.P.P. and he is not in a position to represent the appellant in this case. The matter was earlier allotted through High
Court Legal Services Committee to him (Sri B.N. Rajak) and on his appointment as A.P.P., the matter was allotted to Sri Tarun Kumar, who has now
been appointed as A.P.P. Sri B.N. Rajak submits that he is now in a position to conduct this matter. He is permitted to do so.

Heard learned counsel for the appellant and learned counsel for the State, on the interlocutory application, filed on behalf of the sole appellant, for
granting bail, during the pendency of this appeal.
The appellant has been convicted and sentenced for the offence under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code, on the allegation that he had committed
the murder of his own mother. The blood stained axe was found at the place of occurrence and the appellant was also arrested by the police from
there. The witnesses have also supported the prosecution case.
In the facts of the case, we are not inclined to release the appellant Shore Singh Bodra @ Sor Singh Bodra, on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail is
rejected.
The aforesaid interlocutory application stands dismissed.
