Judgment
Petitioner is accused in a case registered under Sections 323,307,406,504,498(A) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code in connection with Devipur P.S.
Case No. 02 of 2017, corresponding to G.R. No. 04 of 2017.Â
Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is ready to keep the complainant/informant along with her five children with full dignity and
honour.Â
Counsel for the complainant/informant submits that the informant with her children is ready to stay with the petitioner.Â
Counsel for the parties submit that provisional bail may be granted to the petitioner and the parties may be directed to appear in the court so that
appropriate order be passed in the matter.Â
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case , this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner, above named, on Provisional bail till
09.07.2018 on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri P.K. Sharma,
Judicial Magistrate, Deoghar, in connection with Devipur P.S. Case No. 02 of 2017, corresponding to G.R. No. 04 of 2017.Â
Both the parties are directed to appear in this Court on 13.06.2018 at 2:15 P.M.Â
