Mr. S. Dey, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners has submitted that the reliefs claimed for in the writ petition have already been granted to the petitioners and in this respect, the Memorandum dated 04.03.2024, issued by the Branch Officer, Directorate of Secondary Education, Tripura has been placed before this Court, which reads as under:
