Judgment

Heard the parties.
Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Jariagarh P.S. Case No. 34 of 2023 corresponding to G.R. No. 525 of 2023 for the offences registered under sections 399/402 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 25 (1-B) a, 26/35 of Arms Act, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khunti.
On 19.08.2023, Jariagarh Police raided a place near Barwadag Forest and apprehended accused persons including the petitioner. On search, firearms were recovered from the possession of the co-accused, while one mobile phone was recovered from the possession of this petitioner.
It was submitted that the petitioner is in custody for the last six months.
Considering the nature of allegation and the fact that no firearms were recovered from the possession of this petitioner, petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khunti in connection with Jariagarh P.S. Case No. 34 of 2023 corresponding to G.R. No. 525 of 2023.
