Judgment
Kurian Joseph, C.J.—The writ petition is filed with the following prayers:
That the respondents may be ordered to pay the minimum time scale of helper and other allowances to the applicant as area admissible to a temporary government servant and work charged employee w.e.f. 1st May, 2002 with all the benefits incidental thereof such as arrears of pay etc. with interest at the rate of 12% per annum from the date of their admissibility.
According to the petitioner, the issue is covered in his favour by the decision of this Court in CWP No. 1594 of 2008, titled Shri Man Singh v. The State of H.P. and Ors., decided on 27.7.2009 could not be considered. The petitioner may file appropriate representation before the first respondent, in which case, the mater will be duly considered by the first respondent in light of decision, referred to above, and appropriate action in accordance with law and justice in the matter will be taken within a period of four months. The petitioner will produce a copy of this judgment along a copy of the decision, referred to above, before first respondent.
With the above observations, the writ petition stands disposed of so also the pending application(s), if any.
