Judgment
Kurian Joseph, C.J.—The writ petitions are filed with the following prayer:
CWP No. 8109/2010.
(i) That the Respondents be directed to grant work charge status to the Petitioner after completion of 8/10 years service i.e. w.e.f. 17.2.1998/17.2.2000 and to pay her arrears of wages.
CWP No. 8110/2010.
(i) That the Respondents be directed to grant work charge status to the Petitioner after completion of 8/10 years service i.e. w.e.f. 2.4.1996/2.4.1998 and to pay him arrears of wages.
CWP No. 8112/2010.
(i) That the Respondents be directed to grant work charge status to the Petitioner after completion of 8/10 years service i.e. w.e.f. 21.11.2000/21.11.2002 and to pay him arrears of wages.
CWP No. 8119/2010.
(i) That the Respondents be directed to grant work charge status to the Petitioner after completion of 8/10 years service i.e. w.e.f. 25.5.1996/25.5.1998 and to pay him arrears of wages.

(i) That the Respondents be directed to grant work charge status to the Petitioner after completion of 8/10 years service i.e. w.e.f. 12.11.1995/12.11.1997 and to pay him arrears of wages.

(i) That the Respondents be directed to grant work charge status to the Petitioner after completion of 10 years service i.e. w.e.f. 13.11.1996 and to pay him arrears of wages.

(i) That the Respondents be directed to grant work charge status to the Petitioner after completion of 10 years service i.e. w.e.f. 21.4.1999 and to pay him arrears of wages.
CWP No. 8176/2010.
(i) That the Respondents be directed to grant work charge status to the Petitioner after completion of 10 years service i.e. w.e.f. 1.3.1996 and to pay him arrears of wages.
It is submitted by the learned Counsel for the Petitioners that the cases are squarely covered by the decision of the Apex Court in Mool Raj Upadhyaya Vs. State of H.P. and Others, Therefore, it is for the Petitioners to approach the first Respondent within a period of one month, in which case the matter will be duly considered by the first Respondent in the light of the judgment, referred to above and appropriate action in accordance with law will be taken within another four months from the date of receipt of the representation(s) along with a copy of this judgment and the copy of the judgment, referred to above.
The writ petitions are disposed of, so also the pending applications, if any.
