Counsels for both the sides are present.
Counsel for the applicant has submitted that applicant has completed four years service in Level-8 on 24.07.2022 and as per RBE No. 155 of 2022 he is entitled for further up-gradation of his pay from Level 8 to 9 for which he has submitted a representation on 17.02.2026 before the opposite party/competent authority which is still pending.
Counsel for the applicant has further submitted that the applicant is hopeful that if the opposite party/competent authority will consider his representation in accordance with rule/law, his grievance will be redressed. He has also submitted that opposite party/competent Authority be directed to decide his representation in time bound manner.
Counsel for the Opposite Parties has not objected to the innocuous
In view of the above submissions of counsels for both the parties, without entering into the merit of the case, the present O.A. is disposed of with a direction to the Opposite Party/Competent authority to consider and decide the representation dated 17.02.2026 submitted by the applicant, by way of a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law/rule within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this Order.
