Judgment
In all these appeals the question which falls for determination is as to whether the degree of Shiksha Visharad granted by Hindi Sahitya Sammelan, Allahabad is equivalent to B.Ed. Degree. After some arguments learned counsel for the appellants submits this issue can appropriately and effectively be decided by the State Government itself. Appellants, therefore, pray that they may be allowed to approach the State Government for the said purpose.
Needless to say that in case the appellants or for that matter any body in the representative capacity approaches the State Government, it shall take decision in accordance with law.
As the matter concerns a large number of persons, it is expedient that the State Government takes the aforesaid decision within three months from the date the appellants or for that matter their representative body approach the State Government.
It is made clear that we have not expressed any opinion in regard to the claim made by the appellants and that shall be for the State Government to decide the same. Appeals stand disposed of accordingly.
