I.A. No.6291/2021, an application under Section 5 of Limitation Act for condonation of delay, is taken up, considered and allowed for the reasons mentioned therein.
The delay of 60 days in filing this appeal is hereby condoned. Heard on I.A. No.6290/2021, an application for stay. It is submitted by learned counsel for the appellants that the whole amount has been deposited before the Labour Court by DD No.306438 dated 14/10/2021 and acknowledgment has been filed on page No.55 and prayed that the impugned award dated 27/1/2021 passed by the learned Commissioner may kindly be stayed.
In view of the above, the effect and operation of impugned award dated 27/1/2021 is hereby stayed till next date of hearing.
Let notice be issued to the respondents of this appeal as well as of I.A. No.6290/2021 by registered as well as ordinary modes on payment of process fee within seven working days. List the case for final hearing in due course.
