Judgment
Present as under: Ms. Sandhya Sondhi, Counsel for Applicants/Borrowers. Mr. Akash Acharya, Counsel for Respondent Bank appeared through VC.
The matter is taken up for hearing by way of praecipe filed by the Applicants/Borrowers for seeking urgent relief.
The Learned Counsel for the Applicants/Borrowers would submit that M.A. Nos. 53/2026, 55/2026 and 56/2026 have been filed seeking refund of the pre-deposit amounts lying with the Registry, DRAT, Mumbai.
She would further submit that the present appeals have been dismissed. Therefore, seeks refund of the pre-deposit amounts.
Not objected to by the Respondent Bank.
Accordingly, M.A. Nos. 53/2026, 55/2026 and 56/2026 are allowed. The Registry is directed to refund the respective pre-deposit amounts with accrued interest, if any, to Applicant No.1 as prayed for in the applications.
All pending, I. As if any, stand dismissed.
