Judgment
Learned Counsel for the Appellant and Respondents are present.
On 30.07.2021 this Tribunal has passed the following Orders:-
(i) Learned Counsel for the Respondent No. 2 filed their short Reply in Interlocutory Application on 14.02.2020.
(ii) An I.A No. 3670/ 2019 has been filed on behalf of the Premco Rail Engineers Ltd./ Applicant prayed to intervene in the matter.
(iii) Further, Learned Counsel for the Appellant prayed to file reply filed on I.A. by the Respondent. Prayer was allowed. Learned Counsel for the Appellant was directed to file Rejoinder, within two weeks.
Today, when the case was called out Learned Counsel for the Appellant submits that he may be permitted to file Rejoinder to the Reply in I.A. No. 3670/ 2019 and seeks permissions to file the same.
Permission is accorded. Learned Counsel for the Appellant is directed to file Hard Copy of the Rejoinder to the Reply in I.A. No. 3670/ 2019 filed by the 'Premco Rail Engineers Ltd.', within one week from today. Office of the Registry is directed to accept the same.
