Judgment
Alok Singh, J.—This is an application seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 105, dated 18.09.2010, under Sections 420, 406, 120B IPC and Sections 4 and 5 of the Prize Chits and Money Circulation Schemes (Banning) Act, registered at Police Station Bhikhi, District Mansa.
Affidavit of Hardial Singh Mann, Senior Superintendent of Police, Mansa, is handed over in the Court and the same is taken on record.
Learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner has been enlarged on bail pursuant to the directions issued by this Court dated 29.11.2010 and he has joined the investigation.
Learned Additional Advocate General, Punjab, on the instructions from Inspector Harbhajan Singh, S.H.O., who is present in person states that the Petitioner has joined the investigation.
Considering totality of the facts and circumstances of the case, present petition is allowed. Order dated 29.11.2010 is made absolute, subject to the limitations provided u/s 438(2) of the Code. Petitioner-accused shall participate in the investigation as and he is required.
